Location is fantastic, right by the Riverwalk. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room cleanliness at check-in was disappointing. Shower took a long time to get hot water, which was frustrating.

The ironing facilities in the room were handy for keeping our clothes wrinkle-free, and having heating and air conditioning allowed us to adjust the room temperature to our liking. we found the absence of tea and coffee facilities a bit disappointing, especially for those early morning caffeine fixes. On the plus side, the staff provided free toiletries, which was a nice touch, and the AM/FM alarm clock helped us wake up on time for our activities. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring Tampa, even though it had some minor issues. The carpeted floor was cozy but could have been cleaner in certain areas. We appreciated the convenience of the dry cleaning and housekeeping services, although there were some delays in receiving these services during our stay. The on-site shops/commercial services were convenient for picking up essentials, and the laundry facilities were a bonus for freshening up our clothes. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was limited in its range, which made it slightly inconvenient for traveling longer distances. It would have been more beneficial if the free shuttle service extended to the airport as well. We missed out on a welcome drink upon arrival, which would have been a nice gesture to start our stay on a positive note. Tours/ticket assistance was available, but we found that the staff could have been more proactive in recommending local attractions and dining options instead of directing guests to search on their own.

This hotel is just a short stroll away from several must-see spots, including Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, which is less than a 10-minute walk, and the beautiful University of Tampa, only a 15-minute walk away, making it an ideal base for discovering the city; the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with good amenities like a mini fridge, and there's also an on-site restaurant for those evenings when you just want to relax after a day of exploration, but the shower could use a bit more attention to cleanliness.

During Christmas at this hotel, we enjoyed having plenty of parking available for a small fee and the option to choose between a river or city view room. the convenient shuttle service within a two, mile radius and the proximity to the Straz theater enhanced our stay. The friendly staff and comfortable amenities like a great shower pressure added to the positive experience.

Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the lack of dining options due to restaurant closures was disappointing. The outdated wall, to, wall carpets in rooms and corridors gave off a displeasing smell, suggesting a need for renovation.

Had a great time during my city break! The spacious room with comfortable beds and river view was a real treat. The staff were polite, and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast options were delicious, and parking was convenient and affordable at $10 a night. The location next to the Riverwalk and downtown center was perfect for exploring waterfront bars and restaurants.

Although my stay was enjoyable, I did notice that some rooms may not have been as well-maintained as mine. It seems like there were issues with cleanliness and room amenities in a few cases.

Our family had an amazing time exploring all the exciting locations nearby, from the famous theme park playground to the heart, pounding water park. The convenience of being just a stone's throw away from all the top attractions truly made our family trip unforgettable.
